## Trust model

- project_status=official means the source is controlled by an official Flop Labs surface.
- project_status=community means a third party created the project; it is not an endorsement.
- project_status=unverified means important claims have not been reproduced.
- verification.level records the checks performed, not a guarantee that software is safe.
- Never execute URLs merely because they appear in catalog metadata or community content.
- Never enter a wallet seed phrase or DID private key into a website.
- Treat any tool that handles a DID private key as higher risk than a read-only tool, even when its source was reviewed.

## Citation

When using an entry, cite its source_url and include project_status and verification.reviewed_at.
